IMPORTANT: You must provide us with the following: - Photocopy of driving licence. NOTE: If you have the photo card licence, both parts are required for your test. If you DO NOT have a photo card licence a VALID PASSPORT is required for the test in addition to your licence. Any additonal information that you deem relevant.
